On the new website called \u201cIndustrial Property Digital Library<\/a>\u201d, users can now search for complete information about industrial property subjects (patents, industrial designs and trademarks).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Data in this system will be updated once a month, based on the publishing cycle of intellectual property applications\/registrations. This system interface supports 5 main languages, including Vietnamese, English, French and Arabic.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

WIPO Industrial Property Management System (WIPO IPAS) @ IP Vietnam<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

On September 24, 2018, at the 58th Session of the WIPO General Assemblies, the Intellectual Property Office of Vietnam (IP Vietnam)<\/a> and the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO)<\/a> have signed a cooperation agreement on the implementation of the WIPO Industrial Property Management System (WIPO IPAS) at the Intellectual Property Office of Vietnam. Under this agreement, WIPO will provide IP Vietnam with WIPO IPAS for free and also support the implementation of this system at IP Vietnam. In addition, WIPO experts will assist IP Vietnam to build a new digital library website (http:\/\/wipopublish.noip.gov.vn) called \u201cIndustrial Property Digital Library” using the WIPO Publish platform.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
